I reserved parking lot one month before my trip.i do a check in and go out to dinner.arrived in hotel I have a surprise,my reserved parking lot was occupied.i contacted hotel staff and call the police.they not resolve my problem.i requested a hotel manager contact me but it's not contact me.

As we were checking in from around 10pm, there were no nearby parking spaces available and the directions to the multi-storey car park were a little confusing.

Free meals in the morning and evening are helpful. If you are staying by car, you can rest assured with a parking ticket. Traveling by train
is near the station and comfortable. Vehicles can easily travel west or east on the expressway from the bypass.
I would like to use it again next time.
